No one likes going to the doctor. It is one of those things we need to do as we age. Dr. Chen was great, explained all of the procedures and test results. She was very professional and kind. The staff was polite and quite nice to me, very professional as well. I was very satisfied with the experience. Thank you so much.
One word: efficient. Staff courteous. I appreciate being asked if I preferred a woman tech to do ultrasound. Dr. Jennifer Ann Chen is wonderfully personable, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and clear. Going to the doctor is no fun, this was the best possible experience.
